Talent Development Coordinator

About The Role Consciousabraxas Enterprise, Corp. is seeking a reliable and organized Talent Development Coordinator to support employee training, onboarding support, and professional development activities. This role focuses on ensuring team members receive required training, understand internal processes, and are supported in their development within the organization. This is a support and coordination role, not a management or decision-making position. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsive, and comfortable working remotely in an on-demand capacity. Key Responsibilities Training & Onboarding Support Coordinate onboarding training for new hiresEnsure required trainings and certifications are completed on timeTrack and document training completionServe as a point of contact for training-related questions Learning Materials & Systems Organize and maintain training materials and resourcesUpload, update, and manage training content in learning platformsSupport leadership with training documentation and records Employee Development Support Assist with ongoing professional development initiativesCoordinate internal trainings, workshops, or learning sessionsHelp identify training gaps and improvement opportunities Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate digital training recordsProvide leadership with updates on training status and completionSupport improvements to training workflows and processes What This Role Does NOT Do Make hiring or termination decisionsConduct performance evaluationsSupervise staff or provide managerial oversight (All final decisions remain with leadership.)
