Talent Coordinator (Temp)

This Talent Coordinator position is a temporary 6‑month role with potential to extend, supporting the Talent Team in scaling hiring and providing a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ro’s interview and conference room calendars effectively, scheduling a high volume of phone, Google Meet, and onsite interviews with hiring teams
• Manage full‑cycle communication for the coordination process, from the initial outreach when a candidate applies and throughout the interview process
• Engage candidates with regular, friendly, and timely updates to ensure a positive interview experience
• Post new roles and make updates/changes to job postings in Lever (our Applicant Tracking System)
• Ensure onsite interviews run smoothly by planning any necessary candidate travel, greeting candidates as they arrive, and making sure conference rooms are set up properly
• Assist with ad‑hoc Talent Team projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams; experience with Google Suite preferred
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, and the ability to work with a spectrum of personalities
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively
• Interest in a career in Talent Acquisition
• Process‑driven problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
• Passionate about candidate experience, as well as Ro’s mission
• Empathetic and understand how challenging interviewing is, so you do your best to ensure a great candidate experience
• Experience with Lever or another ATS preferred

Pay

The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $30‑$35 paid on a W2. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Schedule

Ro recognizes the power of in‑person collaboration while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri‑state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri‑state area, you will be able to join in‑person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on‑sites).
