About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing Box's employer brand and candidate engagement programs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Support and evolve the global employer brand narrative, content calendar, and content library.
  • Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across the careers site, LinkedIn, and job board partners.
  • Design and automate segmented nurture campaigns for warm talent pools.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs.
  • Manage job board relationships and event partnerships to build talent communities.
  • Contribute to quarterly program reviews by sharing performance metrics and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent programs, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (particularly Greenhouse).
  • Experience planning and managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, programmatic advertising).
  • Collaborating with a corporate Brand or Marketing team, including working within brand governance frameworks and co-developing shared assets.
  • Exposure to multi-market or international talent campaigns.
