About the role
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing Box's employer brand and candidate engagement programs globally.
Responsibilities
- Support and evolve the global employer brand narrative, content calendar, and content library.
- Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across the careers site, LinkedIn, and job board partners.
- Design and automate segmented nurture campaigns for warm talent pools.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs.
- Manage job board relationships and event partnerships to build talent communities.
- Contribute to quarterly program reviews by sharing performance metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent programs, or a related marketing discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (particularly Greenhouse).
- Experience planning and managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, programmatic advertising).
- Collaborating with a corporate Brand or Marketing team, including working within brand governance frameworks and co-developing shared assets.
- Exposure to multi-market or international talent campaigns.
