The Talent Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving enterprise-wide recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent across skilled trades and leadership roles. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy — building scalable, data-driven campaigns that create a predictable pipeline of Service Technicians and other critical positions that fuel organizational growth.
- Develop and execute enterprise talent attraction campaigns aligned with workforce growth goals
- Build and enhance employer brand strategy across digital platforms
- Launch targeted, geo-focused recruiting campaigns in expansion markets
- Manage multi-channel recruitment marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, programmatic advertising)
- Optimize marketing funnels from impressions to qualified applicants
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including cost per applicant, conversion rates, and channel ROI
- Create compelling employer brand storytelling through video, social media, testimonials, and digital advertising
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leadership to align marketing strategy with hiring demand
Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
- Proven experience managing performance-based marketing campaigns
- Experience developing audience personas and targeted messaging strategies
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization; data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable recruiting strategy; experience reporting on performance metrics and ROI; ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels
- Preferred Qualifications: Recruitment marketing experience within construction, skilled trades, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial industries; experience with programmatic advertising and job board strategy; multi-channel campaign development and execution experience
