Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communications
- Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives
- Manage and optimize the company website, including content, design, and performance
- Execute SEO/AEO strategies and analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
- Create and edit written content aligned with brand voice
- Capture and manage photo and video assets for marketing use
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts and brand alignment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in an agency or corporate design environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with SEO, AEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of print production processes
- Photography and videography experience preferred
