About the role
The Hylant Summer Internship Program offers an exceptional opportunity to join a cohort of other talented interns, gaining practical experience, building vital skills, and forging meaningful connections within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with hiring leaders, recruiters, and other interns.
- Contribute to planning and coordinating engaging events and programming for the Summer Intern Program.
- Engage in summer-long professional development courses to enhance your soft skills and discover your full potential.
- Network with all levels of colleagues, including executive leadership team members, in both formal and informal settings.
- Collaborate with a dynamic cohort of interns and support broader Talent initiatives.
- Participate in the Hylant Innovation Challenge to research and propose real business solutions to Hylant's challenges.
Requirements
- Be of rising junior, senior, or graduate-level standing at an accredited college or university.
- Hylant will also accept applications of students who have graduated and earned a college degree within the past seven months.
- Maintain an average GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work from August 2026-May 2027 or later.
- Some flexibility may be offered.
- Ability to work 25+ hours per week during business hours.
- Have interest in a long-term career in HR or insurance.
- Be involved in extracurricular activities and/or have a part-time job.
- Major in Marketing, Event Management, Human Resources, or Communications.
- While not required, some background in these industries will help!
- Be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
- Hylant is unable to provide H-1B visa sponsorship at this time.
Qualifications

- Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Sales, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or Communications.
