Location: Franklin, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Support talent attraction and recruiting activities by coordinating candidate communications, assisting with interview scheduling, and helping maintain recruiting processes
• Partner with the Talent Attraction team on employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting activities, career events, and candidate engagement efforts
• Assist with employee engagement programs, special events, and communications that enhance the employee and candidate experience
• Contribute to process improvement projects, reporting activities, and day-to-day HR and recruiting operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences
• High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm in a collaborative team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous work, internship, leadership, volunteer, or campus involvement experience is a plus
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, talent attraction, or Human Resources
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful people-focused initiatives
