About the role

Location: East Brunswick or Whippany, NJ

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Travel: Ability to travel to NYC, Whippany, and East Brunswick offices and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
• Coordinate communications, reminders, and follow-up activities for various Talent initiatives.
• Maintain program trackers, participant records, and team resources.
• Schedule and support focus groups, meetings, and employee events.
• Track attendance, participation, and feedback for talent programs.
• Assist with alumni engagement initiatives and maintain alumni records.
• Compile survey results and organize feedback data to help improve programs and processes.
• Support special projects and administrative activities for the Talent team.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.

For positions in Washington, the compensation for this position ranges from $70,000–$76,000. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
