Talent Acquisition Internship - Spring 2027

About the role

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Spring term (January - April). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing strategies, talent market research, and screening processes
• Support the Talent Acquisition team through resume reviews and identifying potential candidates for open positions across Superior
• Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activities
• Participate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent strategy

Education

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field
