Talent Associates & Recruiters (Talent Acquisition and HR Support) at Experitec are integral to the company's mission of fostering a positive and productive work environment. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management and the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role plays a pivotal role in the administrative support and coordination of various HR activities.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various roles, including engineering, sales, field technicians, project management, operations, and enabling corporate functions.
- Schedule interviews, interview debriefs, updates on open positions, and candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft engaging job descriptions and enhance the candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding processes and internships.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for strategy improvement.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, schedule HR meetings, and respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Process terminations and offboarding records.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks.
Project & Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in projects related to system implementations, process improvements, and culture initiatives.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Collaborate on initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
- Support employee recognition programs and internal events.
- Coordinate employee check-ins and engagement surveys.
Learning, Growth & Culture Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing the employee experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Two or more years of recruiting experience, including interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and candidate dispositioning.
- Strong experience creating standardized job descriptions and postings.
- Strong sourcing experience building candidate pipelines for a variety of niche positions.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System.
- One or more years handling administrative HR responsibilities.
- Exposure to basic HR policies, processes, employment law, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook email, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule including onsite in office three or more days per week.
- Ability to work flexible 40 hours per week with core hours from 9am-3pm with flexibility to accommodate some weekend, evening, and early morning calls and interviews.
- Ability to create reports using proprietary business software.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.

- Ability to utilize personal vehicle for the majority of work travel AND ability to rent a car when requested by supervisor.
- Ability to independently travel domestically up to 10% of the time, including overnights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state workforces.
- Three or more years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition.
- Two or more years hiring for industrial and/or manufacturing positions.
- Track record of success hiring high performers.
- Three or more years recruiting for a variety of functions.
- Experience recruiting for engineering positions, inside and outside sales, field technicians, project management, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, technician-level, skilled trade, and corporate enabling functions (HR, Finance, and Legal).
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, PM, and/or SPHR.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and/or HR-related applications.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (such as SAP, UKG, Workday, ADP, Taleo, Rippling, Greenhouse) and/or similar systems.
- Experience with HR system migrations and/or process transitions.
- Exposure to employee engagement, L&D (Learning and Development), and/or culture-building initiatives.
- Experience training leaders on HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, performance reviews, career coaching, and/or leadership development.
- Two or more years working at high-growth, startup, and/or medium-sized organizations.
- Track record of initiating and completing continuous improvements such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar processes.
- Experience with Predictive Index, eSkills Assessments, Gallup Clifton Strengths, and/or the Gallup Q12 Engagement Survey.
- Experience with HR service expansion initiatives that impacted the business.
