About the role
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for US Client Services and Corporate teams, working closely with Hiring Managers to identify, qualify, and hire exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment for positions across the enterprise, including accounting/finance and corporate-related roles.
- Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
- Work as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations.
- Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.
- Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.
- Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.
- Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional talent.
- Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.
- Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- Ability to efficiently adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using ATS systems, UKG experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- All US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in the office and two (2) days remotely.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
