Gen II Fund Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, where you will manage full-life cycle recruiting for our US Client Services and Corporate teams.What you’ll be doingManage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment for positions across the enterprise, including accounting/ finance and corporate related roles.Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.Work to become a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering a consultative approach to candidate assessment, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.Provide a first-rate candidate experience, ensuring that individuals clearly understand both the role and our value proposition.Ensure data compliance with both legal and company regulations.Track and leverage recruiting metrics to keep the business informed on key indicators like, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, recruiting funnel numbers, interviews per hire, etc.Maintain regular recruiting reports and communication avenues to brief hiring managers of recruitment and sourcing developments.Other duties as assigned. The ideal background for this role:1+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional talent.Must have Full-Life Cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offer negotiation.Must have strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software.Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or similar industries is desired.Agency and in-house recruiting experience is desired.Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.Ability to efficiently adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.Functional Microsoft suite skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience using ATS systems, UKG experience is a plus. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
