Talent Recruiter Overview

Battery Outfitters is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join their team. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for field teams, support onboarding and early culture alignment, and build trusted relationships with store leaders.

Key Accountabilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all non-admin roles
• Partner with Directors on leadership and Core Team roles
• Deliver 3+ culture-aligned finalists per role
• Maintain 2–3 week time-to-fill for standard roles
• Manage ATS, postings, and candidate communication
• Career path opportunities available

What Success Looks Like

• Strong, consistent candidate slates
• 100% onboarding and review completion
• Offer acceptance rate of 85%+
• Managers feel supported and trust the recruiting process

Qualifications

• Warm, confident communicator with strong judgment
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable in store and field environments
• Strong writing, sourcing, and interviewing skills
