Talent Recruiter Overview
Battery Outfitters is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join their team. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for field teams, support onboarding and early culture alignment, and build trusted relationships with store leaders.
Key Accountabilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all non-admin roles
- Partner with Directors on leadership and Core Team roles
- Deliver 3+ culture-aligned finalists per role
- Maintain 2–3 week time-to-fill for standard roles
- Manage ATS, postings, and candidate communication
- Career path opportunities available
What Success Looks Like
- Strong, consistent candidate slates
- 100% onboarding and review completion
- Offer acceptance rate of 85%+
- Managers feel supported and trust the recruiting process
Qualifications
- Warm, confident communicator with strong judgment
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable in store and field environments
- Strong writing, sourcing, and interviewing skills
