Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting for all Corporate positions.
  • Establish strong positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Learn and understand the positions and talent within corporate.
  • Maintain recruiting database and spreadsheets and be able to analyze this information to make decisions to improve recruiting process.
  • Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling.
  • Establish relationships with schools, businesses, and recruiters to put client at the forefront for skilled potential talent.
  • Manage employment/applicant records.
  • Prepare offers in coordination with hiring manager and pay programs.
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, drug testing, and other checks as needed.
  • Prepare materials for onboarding.
  • Handle First day paperwork and introductions.
  • Organize and maintain recruiting files.
  • Follow established program for new hires to monitor and assist them during their first 90 days.
  • Manage stay interviews and analyze this feedback for improvements in process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years in a corporate recruiting role filling a variety of positions
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Cornerstone preferred
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, policies, and procedures as well as other pertinent HR law and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • High accuracy in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
