Talent Acquisition Specialist - Orlando

About the role

Our portfolio includes some of the world’s best-known attractions and entertainment brands, including LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, and more. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports entry-level, hourly, and seasonal hiring and is expected to run through March 2027, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and forward qualified resumes to hiring managers based on staffing needs.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up with hiring managers to ensure interviews and next steps are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and respond to questions by phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and help keep the process moving.
• Prepare and manage offers and follow up with candidates through offer acceptance.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires complete required steps before their start date.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to help fill open positions quickly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple candidates and open positions while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring, hourly, seasonal, or entry-level roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence communicating with candidates by phone, email, and text.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable working with an ATS and other recruiting or HR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR.
• A sense of urgency and a willingness to jump in and help keep the hiring process moving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
