Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter)

About the role

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. Utilizes various sourcing strategies and resources; builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers. May travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events.

Required Experience / Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience recruiting for IT Roles, need someone with extensive entire recruiting lifecycle experience
• Prior Staffing Industry Experience Required
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify passive talent
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruiting documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates while managing multiple competing priorities
