Talent Acquisition Specialist - Construction

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build hands-on experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support hiring across our project delivery team who are on-site, using The Atom to ensure our client’s projects—predominantly Data Centres—are built on time with minimal mistakes. You’ll be hiring for a mix of levels from Graduate to Manager, working closely with the People team and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly and hires moving quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end hiring for project delivery roles across the US and internationally
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
• Keep candidates engaged with clear, timely communication
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)
• Continuously build pipelines for future hiring on upcoming projects

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on engineering or construction roles
• Strong organisation skills—you can manage multiple roles and priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
