Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications, and selection criteria for campus recruitment and the internship program.
- Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to ensure appropriate branding of Plexus to the correct audience.
- Coordinate, lead, and participate in on-campus recruitment, process and onboard intern candidates for all domestic sites, and influence the development of interns in the United States intern program.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers on candidate suitability for the job, team, and company, emphasizing employee retention through selection best practices.
- Co-lead hiring manager and event representative campus process training as needed.
- Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively sell the Company, the job, and career opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), using appropriate technical language and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results, and follow through on commitments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, HRMS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- General office equipment and materials.
Physical Requirements
Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Pay
The annual compensation range for this position is $52,800.00 - $79,200.00. The salary offered within this range will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.
