Compensation

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.

Paid Time Off

  • Accrues 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year
  • 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year
  • Up to 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Multi-state, multi-unit experience is preferred
  • Background: In hospitality, healthcare, retail, consumer product goods, is preferred
  • Knowledge & Skills: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like Indeed, and social media platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
