About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Manage job postings, advertisement processes, applicant screening, and prequalifying candidates.
  • Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Encourage and facilitate paid time off for volunteerism in the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in mental health is a plus.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring forth new and innovative recruitment ideas.
  • Strong desire to be part of a growing organization.
  • Adaptable to change and ability to honor, respect, and celebrate the differences of the people and programs served.

Pay

$50,000–$58,000 annually.
