About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Manage job postings, advertisement processes, applicant screening, and prequalifying candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Encourage and facilitate paid time off for volunteerism in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Prior experience in mental health is a plus.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring forth new and innovative recruitment ideas.
- Strong desire to be part of a growing organization.

Pay
$50,000–$58,000 annually.
