Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Thompson Child & Family Focus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Operations team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for jobs across NC, SC, and FL, supporting a growing organization that has expanded by 20% annually for the past five years.

What you will make

$50-58K annually

What you will do

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Manage job postings and advertisement processes along with applicant screening and prequalifying candidates
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years recruiting experience preferred
• Mental health prior experience, a plus
• Ability to think outside the box and bring forth new and innovative recruitment ideas
• Strong desire to be part of a growing organization
