About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support high-volume hiring across production, skilled labor, and professional roles. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, and professional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and local talent pipelines
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
- Deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer coordination, compensation discussions, and onboarding steps
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
- Support continuous improvement in recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled labor environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience recruiting both hourly and professional-level candidates
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- High-volume recruiting background
- Manufacturing or industrial hiring experience
- Experience tracking recruiting metrics and pipeline performance
- Background in offer negotiation and workforce planning support
