Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, driving recruitment efforts and identifying top talent to support our mission of providing exceptional patient care and clinical excellence in the operating room and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source top talent using creative and strategic approaches, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Act as a true business partner to operations, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to optimize hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or a busy corporate environment (equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to source and attract top talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and sourcing tools.
• Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
