Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for senior marketing positions, large-scale hiring of customer support agents, IT roles, and other diverse opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior marketing positions and customer support roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests, where applicable.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, timelines, and candidate expectations. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Collaborate with the HR team to improve the onboarding experience.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics. Continuously improve the recruitment process based on data and feedback.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice through various channels. Participate in networking events and other recruitment-related activities.
- Actively participate in global HR team meetings, sharing insights and best practices. Collaborate with the global HR team on cross-border recruitment projects, employee engagement initiatives, etc.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global HR policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and high-volume hiring. Experience in IT recruitment will be a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in recruitment tools and HR software. Fluent in English.
