The organization delivers both clinical and non-clinical services while emphasizing patient-centered care, inclusivity, and access to essential healthcare.About the OpportunityThe Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions, helping the organization attract and hire qualified professionals who align with its mission and values. This role partners closely with hiring managers, supports recruitment strategy and compliance, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding handoff.• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, priorities, and timelines.• Collaborate on job descriptions and post positions in accordance with brand and legal guidelines.• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, and other recruitment channels.• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.• Coordinate interviews and prepare appropriate evaluation tools and materials.• Facilitate offer processes and provide compensation recommendations based on established guidelines.• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and required compliance checks.• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.• Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding search progress, challenges, and candidate pipelines.• Identify recruitment trends and collaborate on initiatives to improve hiring processes and outcomes.• Ensure recruitment and hiring practices comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.• Maintain accurate recruitment records, documentation, and applicant data in the ATS.• Represent the organization's mission, culture, and values throughout candidate interactions.• Support recruitment marketing and digital outreach initiatives.• Assist with developing recruitment tools, resources, and sourcing strategies.Requirements• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven organizations.• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple job families.• Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance, employment practices, and hiring best practices.• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.• Commitment to the organization's mission, values, inclusivity, and patient-centered approach.Preferred Qualifications• Experience recruiting in multi-state or unionized environments.• Knowledge of reproductive healthcare roles and workforce requirements.• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Dayforce.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Washington: $32.25–$53.75 per hour.• Alaska: $30.64–$51.08 per hour.• Hawaii: $29.02–$48.37 per hour.• Idaho, Indiana, and Kentucky: $27.41–$45.68 per hour.• Actual starting compensation will depend on experience, education, internal equity, geographic location, and budget.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Retirement plan.• Paid time off.• Short- and long-term disability insurance.• Life insurance.
