Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver a consultative, customer-focused recruitment experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple functions and levels within a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work from the office five days per week (Monday through Friday) onsite at our Midtown location.
  • Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, recruiting trends, and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to source passive and active candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires and exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for technology, corporate, sales, or operational roles.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or national recruiting efforts.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition-related certifications are a plus.
