Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful candidate experiences
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS
• Knowledge of EEO compliance and equal opportunity principles

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
