Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team in areas such as customer service, candidate sourcing, scheduling, communication, social media, administration, reporting, and other support functions as assigned. They work closely with applicants, candidates, recruiters, and talent sourcers to support Life Time's hiring needs.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Acts as “candidate engagement” liaison for candidates and provides full support to the Talent Acquisition team, including resume screening, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and other tasks as needed.
- Provides support in the areas of reporting and analytics across all areas of the business.
- Maintains various tracking reports and pulls data as needed.
- Posts, updates, and maintains active positions using a wide variety of resources (Workday Recruiting).
- Affords assistance in the development of marketing materials.
- Affords assistance with job fairs as needed.
- Acts as the primary backup for candidate and hiring manager customer service.
Position Requirements
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 1 or more years of experience in customer service.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software.
- Preferred Requirements: 1 year experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, 1 or more years of experience supporting a recruiting team, solution-oriented, self-motivated.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: An hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
