Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist with Liberty Military Housing’s recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills. Your role will support the Regional Recruiting team’s vision to attract and hire the best candidates and become an employer of choice within the real estate and property management industry.

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to find and hire top talent
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with department managers and talent acquisition team members to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Manage job descriptions and job postings on career websites, trade schools, and other job boards
  • Evaluate and screen applicants
  • Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews
  • Utilize pre-employment assessments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely advancement of the interview and hiring processes
  • Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated needs
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with property management a plus
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national level for a variety of positions at multiple locations
  • Extensive knowledge of all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, build relationships, and identify quality talent
  • Ability to manage competing demands and multiple openings
  • Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay

$34.00 - $36.00 per hour plus bonus.
