Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the entire recruitment lifecycle while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and a champion for candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring prior corporate recruiting experience with a specialization in hiring for go-to-market and technology positions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring plans, and launch effective search strategies
- Source, engage, and nurture high-quality passive and active candidates through channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and more
- Drive a streamlined and inclusive hiring process with a focus on candidate experience and speed
- Collaborate with the People Team to improve hiring processes, interview training, and talent branding initiatives
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, conversion rates) to continuously optimize your approach
- Represent the company’s culture and values in every interaction—internal and external
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education preferred
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment (fresh graduates with HR internship experience, such as Recruiting Coordinator or HR Assistant internships, are encouraged to apply)
- Experience recruiting for both go-to-market (GTM) and technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to talent engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Paylocity) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Location & Schedule
Location: Tinley Park, IL (Onsite first 90 days), then offices available in downtown Chicago and Chicago suburbs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay
$65,000–80,000 annually
