Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (targeted job boards, network outreach, and career fairs) to build a diverse pipeline of top-tier talent.
Interview Management
Drive the interview process by coordinating schedules, maintaining clear communication with applicants, and assisting team leads in conducting structured, effective candidate evaluations.
Internship Management
Partner with team leads to develop "fair-exchange" internships. Actively recruit, mentor, and evaluate interns for future full-time opportunities.
Onboarding Assistance
Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires by supporting the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming handoff from recruitment to their first days at Katapult.
