Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Draft compelling employment advertisements and identify optimal external recruitment channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns and participation in job fairs.
- Analyze recruitment and retention data to provide comprehensive reports to management.
- Interpret metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- A strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
