Responsibilities
- Taking direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent and fill open requisitions for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S. (FEUS) locations.
- The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for chemical production, high-purity manufacturing, semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technical manufacturing positions, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Experience recruiting technical manufacturing professionals in chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Prior experience with iCIMS ATS preferred.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other regulated manufacturing systems is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and FLSA.
- Knowledge of various functions (manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, engineering, information systems, etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
