The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume recruiting and onboarding support for Cinemark theatres across a designated region, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to first day on the job.

Responsibilities

• Recruit high volumes of hourly employees across a wide region of Cinemark theatres.
• Handle all aspects of the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate movement, and reporting.
• Hold regular calls with hiring managers to review staffing needs, candidate progress, and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records for all hires.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and theatre teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manage and monitor Cinemark’s chatbot to ensure candidates receive timely and accurate information.
• Conduct virtual onboarding shifts for new hires to complete all onboarding paperwork and training.
• Support additional tasks such as process improvement initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and process accuracy.
• Comfortable conducting virtual onboarding and supporting remote teams.
• Customer service mindset and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience.
• Experience hiring for high volume or theatre operations, or customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus.
