About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume recruiting and onboarding support for Cinemark theatres across a designated region, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to first day on the job.
Responsibilities
- Recruit high volumes of hourly employees across a wide region of Cinemark theatres.
- Handle all aspects of the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate movement, and reporting.
- Hold regular calls with hiring managers to review staffing needs, candidate progress, and resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records for all hires.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and theatre teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Manage and monitor Cinemark’s chatbot to ensure candidates receive timely and accurate information.
- Conduct virtual onboarding shifts for new hires to complete all onboarding paperwork and training.
- Support additional tasks such as process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and process accuracy.
- Comfortable conducting virtual onboarding and supporting remote teams.
- Customer service mindset and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience.
- Experience hiring for high volume or theatre operations, or customer-facing environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is a plus.
