This is a junior to mid-level Technical / Engineering Recruiter role to recruit & source for our most critical and complex hardware design, software, and AI-focused roles. This position is a departure from standard recruiting, requiring deep market expertise and established networks to source and close top-tier engineers, design architects, and leaders in highly specialized domains. You will act as a true Talent Consultant and Business Partner to our engineering leadership team, delivering exceptional, hard-to-find software engineering and/or hardware engineering talent. This is a Hybrid role in office in San Jose.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles primarily spanning Open Compute Project (OCP) architecture, Data Center Product Design, Compute, Cloud and Multi-Cloud Architecture and Design, AI/ML Engineering, and advanced cloud networking.
• Leverage deep market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques to proactively identify, engage, and build diverse pipelines of candidates from key competitors in the hardware and cloud ecosystems.
• Target and pipeline top-tier candidates for specialized engineering positions.
• Elevate the candidate experience by managing complex compensation negotiations and effectively articulating the value proposition of working on cutting-edge, proprietary hardware and software projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on, full life-cycle sourcing & recruiting experience in a high-growth, multinational technology environment.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience recruiting for highly specialized IT/Engineering roles.
• Proven hands-on experience recruiting in one or more of the following domains: Compute/Data Center Product Design, AI/ML Engineering (R&D), data center infrastructure technologies in both hardware and software.
• Proven ability to successfully headhunt, cold call, source, and close senior and principal-level technical talent from top-tier tech companies.
• Expert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational requirements may vary by geography.
• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated, hands-on, full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, technology environment, with a preference for recruiting in the hardware design engineering space.

Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator) are frequently required.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Pay

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range. The range described in this posting is an estimate and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience, or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

Salary Range: $84,950 - $126,232 per year
