We partner with oral surgeons across the country to provide practice management solutions, enabling surgeons to focus on delivering the best care for their patients.

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist our practices in filling their important medical support roles. In this position, you will utilize the company's applicant tracking system to post jobs on major job boards, screen applicants, and present potential candidates to oral surgeon practices nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Post approved positions using company tools and online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks).
  • Schedule recruitment strategy meetings (RSM) with hiring leaders.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes through hiring manager communication, sourcing, screening, and sending qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
  • Review resumes to determine which candidates meet qualifications.
  • Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Maintain outstanding communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update hiring managers regularly on progress and send weekly cadence emails.
  • Manage all stakeholders professionally throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Recruitment experience in healthcare, medical, physician practice, scientific, pharma, or similar industries required.
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of internet recruitment tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate hiring manager needs and align solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
  • Experience recruiting in the dental/oral surgery industry is a plus.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Special Requirements

  • Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk 80% or more of the time.
