About the role

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while delivering a high-quality, candidate-centered experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. Identify and engage talent through proactive and creative sourcing strategies, including online research, networking, employee referrals, outreach campaigns, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies, refine role requirements, provide market insights on compensation, and support offer development and negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed recruitment goals aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Support and enhance the employer brand by using modern sourcing tools and best practices. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to engage talent and promote opportunities.
  • Use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach (email, SMS), to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Workday, Phenom CRM, and Microsoft Office tools to manage recruiting activities efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in either agency or in-house environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or similar credential

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences.
