Talent Acquisition Senior
About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Senior will own full-cycle talent sourcing and recruitment across our U.S. firm locations for a variety of experienced accounting and advisory positions. This individual will proactively identify, engage, and cultivate top talent through advanced sourcing and pipeline-building strategies, with a focus on Tax, Audit, CAS, and specialty practice area roles. Working closely with firm leaders and hiring managers, you'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic guidance that supports informed hiring decisions. Success in this role requires a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate brings deep full-cycle recruiting experience within public accounting, professional services, or advisory industries. They possess exceptional sourcing capabilities, a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive talent for difficult-to-fill positions, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. A successful Talent Acquisition Senior is persistent, resourceful, highly consultative, and passionate about solving complex talent challenges that directly support firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Pipeline Management: Build and cultivate a robust candidate pipeline of both passive and active talent for current and future opportunities.
- Full-cycle recruiting: From source to offer you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles including specialized positions.
- Exceptional candidate experience: From the first contact through onboarding, you'll ensure a seamless candidate experience that embodies our scale with soul credo.
- Employer Brand Ambassador: Promote our employer brand, positioning our firm as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand core job roles and pipeline requirements. Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive data.
- TA Operations: Collaborate with the Head of TA to enhance Talent Acquisition practices and implement scalable processes that elevate our function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including Tax, Audit, and Client Accounting Services in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. From source to offer you've owned it.
- Industry Knowledge: Public Accounting, Advisory Services, or Accounting recruitment experience is required.
- Tools & Metrics: Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and innovative sourcing tools. Experience maintaining relevant KPIs and metrics to measure and improve recruiting strategies and hiring processes.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers as a trusted partner.

- Competitive Compensation: The approximate annual base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for an incentive bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.
