Talent Acquisition Senior
About the Role
This position encompasses the full life cycle of recruiting, managing significant aspects of the staffing process, partnering with hiring managers, offering creative and effective staffing ideas and solutions, and collaborating with the HR Team to conduct needs analysis, post openings, source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open and/or prospective positions. This is an advanced professional role requiring extensive skill and proficiency, working independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects. The role involves mentoring others, serving as a role model, and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization. You will exhibit advanced knowledge of One Call’s product line and industry-specific relationships, create new approaches, and work comfortably in unstructured situations where creativity is needed.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment (50%)
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage all communication with candidates from application to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews (phone screening, video, and in-person) and assess qualifications by analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
- Relationship Management (25%)
- Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs through strategic intake calls, aligning with organizational plans.
- Act as an organizational ambassador to maintain a positive employer reputation (e.g., on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media).
- Stay current with industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
- Know the Business (25%)
- Track recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition/HR team with projects related to organizational objectives.
- Improve organizational efficiencies by recommending new policies, monitoring job offers, and understanding benefits and perks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to source and place senior-level positions.

Work Environment
This is a remote-first position, performed from the colleague’s home office. The role is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions. The colleague must be able to:

- Discern text on a monitor and input data using a keyboard.
