Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter contributes to AHF by contributing to AHF’s mission by providing quality recruitment for various business lines. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR Business Partners and various Departments within AHF
• Sourcing, and cold calling
• Ensure strong communication with hiring managers, daily reporting status
• Partner with Department Leaders and be collaborative, solution orientated, flexible and approachable
• Enhance the reputation of AHF by being a team player
• Create a point of contact for recruitment of various business lines in the Southern Bureau
• Source, negotiate, on-board, reporting in a fast-paced environment
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and travel within the region, as needed

Requirements

• Superior communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Ability to effectively source, negotiate, on-board, reporting in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Understanding of benefits and compensation
• Applicant Tracking System - ADP Recruitment Manager experience preferred
