Talent Acquisition Partner – Professional
ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across professional corporate positions. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, provide labor market intelligence, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent mapping plans for critical roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce challenges.
- Conduct candidate assessments and behavioral-based interviews.
- Provide labor market intelligence and recruiting insights to stakeholders.
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruiting campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and targeted sourcing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
- Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Enterprise-wide recruiting ownership for assigned stakeholder groups, functions, and/or locations.
Responsible for recruiting strategy, sourcing methods, candidate recommendations, and pipeline management.
Operates independently while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting professional, technical, manufacturing, skilled trades, or corporate talent preferred.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools.
