Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment ensuring a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Sources, screens, and presents qualified candidates, manages interview and offer processes, in collaboration with Compensation and HR Partner teams, including effectively screening candidates for technical, functional, soft skills, and potential.
- Increase candidate pipelines by expanding knowledge and influencing openness to talent profiles and talent pools with ancillary qualifications and backgrounds from complementary industries.
- Provides market intelligence and competitive insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Champions operational excellence and continuous improvement in TA processes and systems.
- Influences and attracts a wide range of candidate types including passive, early career, veteran, and leadership-level talent.
- Ensures qualified, diverse candidate slates are presented to hiring managers.
- Acts as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, compliance, and global hiring practices.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for operations and engineering roles in the US, including people leader level.
- Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Comfortable with leveraging generative AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversity, veteran, and/or early career recruitment.
- Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow.
- Building strong professional talent networks and global perspective.
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.
- Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with your hiring teams.
- Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPt.
- SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to travel locally 5% of the time.
Work Environment
- Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided.
- Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment.
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
- Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
- Onsite in office 4 days/week.
