Talent Acquisition Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across assigned functions (e.g., Corporate, Commercial, R&D, Operations, etc.)
- Execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines
- Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle from initial screening through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support compliant, efficient hiring processes
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Participate in intake discussions to align on job scope, required skills, and interview approach
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and role alignment
- Support pipeline development for ongoing and future hiring needs
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional, timely, and inclusive candidate experience
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer coordination and pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and Compensation
Process & Data Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting activity and progress against hiring goals
- Follow established recruiting processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments
- Experience recruiting for entry- to mid-level professional roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Preferred Experience
- Supporting multiple roles or functions simultaneously
- Background in fast-paced or growing organizations
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow
- Interest in developing sourcing and talent advisory skills

About The Compensation
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000.
