About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner, University Recruiting is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our internship recruitment process, specializing in identifying and attracting top student talent from universities nationwide. This role focuses on building and nurturing our intern program pipeline while creating meaningful connections between students and our organization.

  • Develop and implement campus-specific recruitment strategies to attract high-potential student talent.
  • Create compelling internship job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates through university channels.
  • Leading campus recruitment initiatives including information sessions.
  • Leverage student-focused social media platforms.
  • About You

    We're looking for team members who align with our values, mission and goals – while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

    • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
    • Typically 5+ years of related experience.
    • May mentor or lead other recruiting team members.
    • Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy.
    • Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders.
    • Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
    • Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates.

    Compensation

    Pay Range: $102,941.00 - $141,543.50

    Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
