Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle for GTM roles. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing
- Calibrate for the rare profiles who can carry a technical, consultative enterprise sale, not just fill seats
- Mov fast without dropping quality: keep every search on a clear cadence from kickoff to close
- Sourcing & Pipeline
- Build strong GTM pipelines from zero using a mix of creative methods - LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, and your own network of revenue talent
- Write outreach that gets replies from people who ignore recruiters
- Build for enterprise reality: multi-stakeholder searches and warm, long-game relationships with passive candidates
- Hiring Manager & Founder Partnership
- Partner with GTM leaders and founders to define role requirements, success criteria, and interview loops that actually predict performance
- Design onboarding plans that get new GTM hires to first value quickly
- Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Act as an ambassador of Reindeer's brand, culture, and values in every interaction
- Help tell our story to a US market that's still meeting us, and turn every candidate, hired or not, into a fan
- ATS, Data & Reporting
- Own and manage our ATS (Ashby) as the source of truth: clean data, structured scorecards, and tidy pipelines
- Track and report recruiting metrics (pipeline, stage conversion, time-to-hire, source quality) and use them to continuously improve process and quality of hire
- Run the funnel like an operator: read the data, find the leaks, and fix them
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with real GTM / revenue hiring experience (Sales, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Marketing) at a startup or high-growth tech company
- Proven success owning searches end-to-end and closing competitive candidates independently
- A US / New York GTM network and a strong feel for the local market and comp
- Creative sourcing and outreach - you build pipelines from scratch
- Data-driven and AI-native - A must
- Strong ATS chops (Ashby a plus) and comfort owning recruiting metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with founders and sales leaders
- High proficiency in English (native-level for the US market)

Pay
The expected salary for this role is $120,000 to $180,000 OTE. This is a good-faith estimate but does not include equity or other forms of compensation. Pay will be based on experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
