Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with technology decision makers in customers, building long-term business relationships, and evangelizing Omnissa solutions.
  • Enable and manage existing customers to maximize value from Omnissa products, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and staying updated with our solutions.
  • Deliver bespoke technical enablement, product updates, and technology roadmaps to new and existing customers as needed.
  • Track and support sales opportunities, validating proposed solutions to meet customer requirements and conducting proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and demonstrations.
  • Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software and services, meeting customer needs and objectives, and demonstrating competitive advantages.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products and solutions.
  • Support the Omnissa marketing team by participating in events and creating content.
  • Assist customers with product queries and provide an escalation path for support issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years EUC (End User Computing) Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
  • A strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with a background in either the customer or partner landscape.
  • Experience in desktop management, including Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS.
  • Experience with mobile device platforms, including Android, iOS, and iPadOS.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Skills

  • Excellence in communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong objection handling and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with configuring and deploying Mobile Device Platforms, Physical Desktop Management, and DaaS/SaaS Services.

Pay

This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is USD $225,000 - $300,000 per year. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.

Schedule

The position is remote and flexible.
