Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner III is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategy, proactively managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner III will mentor junior team members, utilize data to influence recruitment decisions, and build strong networks of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
- Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Sourcing talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
- Cooking interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- Preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers
- Participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication

- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy
- Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
- Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- 1+ yrs experience with Workday recruiting software
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions
- Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead recruitment initiatives
