About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead advanced sourcing strategies to uncover top talent both actively and not actively on the market
- Build deep, diverse talent pipelines for technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to define ideal profiles and support full-cycle recruiting
- Conduct screens and qualifying interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate movement
- Promote WR’s culture and employer brand through outreach, social media, and relationship-driven engagement
- Provide talent insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing analytics to influence hiring decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including strong passive recruiting expertise (AEC/civil engineering experience preferred)
- Proven track record of building and managing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, technical, and leadership roles
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, talent mapping, cold outreach)
- Proven success managing multiple complex requisitions
- Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and discretion
- A high sense of urgency, organization, and ownership
