About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Watts Water is responsible for delivering the full cycle recruitment process for both hourly operations and salary positions. They partner with leaders to understand the business needs of the Operations functions at Watts Water. This role also involves leading the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position, efficiently filling open positions, and maintaining all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Information System, Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Champion full cycle recruitment process for both hourly operations and salary positions while partnering with leaders to understand the business needs of the Operations functions at Watts Water.
  • Partner with the talent team, HR and compensation on processes within the corporate recruiting arena.
  • Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of social media platforms for efficient recruitment.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidates.
  • Conduct prescreens and post-screen meetings.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Information System, Workday.
  • Aid in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  • Assist in campus recruitment activities within the United States.
  • Partner/lead other projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related experience.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience required.
  • Experience in Workday or a similar ATS.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings/campus recruitment as needed.
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Ability to be flexible and resourceful.
  • Travel required: 10%
