About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for promoting employment opportunities within Benedictine and identifying the best talent for each position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned region's HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure adequate talent is in the pipeline and hired.
  • Conduct sourcing activities and recruiting opportunities while applying knowledge of Benedictine hiring goals to identify candidates who are an exceptional fit.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Benedictine hiring needs by sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate all regional recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified candidates, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining recruitment efforts on job boards.
  • Create enticing job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment communications.
  • Maintain recruitment efforts on job boards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique culture of each assigned Benedictine community in order to find adequate talent.
  • Monitor effectiveness and adapt as necessary.
  • Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and/or three (3) or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and knowledge of onboarding processes.
  • Experience working in senior care.
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to travel to assigned Benedictine communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term care and industry standards preferred.
  • Experience with social media for recruitment purposes preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Experience working with electronic application programs preferred.
