About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for promoting employment opportunities within Benedictine and identifying the best talent for each position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned region's HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure adequate talent is in the pipeline and hired.
- Conduct sourcing activities and recruiting opportunities while applying knowledge of Benedictine hiring goals to identify candidates who are an exceptional fit.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Benedictine hiring needs by sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate all regional recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified candidates, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining recruitment efforts on job boards.
- Create enticing job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment communications.
- Maintain recruitment efforts on job boards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique culture of each assigned Benedictine community in order to find adequate talent.
- Monitor effectiveness and adapt as necessary.
- Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree and/or three (3) or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and knowledge of onboarding processes.
- Experience working in senior care.
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to travel to assigned Benedictine communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of long-term care and industry standards preferred.
- Experience with social media for recruitment purposes preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Experience working with electronic application programs preferred.
