Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract)
About the role
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Nex supports the hiring process by owning interview scheduling and post-interview debriefs, managing job postings, tracking key metrics, preparing reports, supporting new hires, and contributing to broader TA initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling and post-interview debriefs across US and Hong Kong offices and time zones, keeping candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams aligned from first call to final round.
- Collect and consolidate interview feedback to help hiring teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
- Manage job postings end-to-end — drafting, publishing, updating, and closing requisitions across platforms.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged on their application status throughout the process.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
- Support new hires through onboarding, helping them land smoothly in their first weeks.
- Contribute to recruitment planning, including research on job titles, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
- Get involved in broader TA initiatives and projects as they come up, gaining exposure to different areas of Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition functions.
- Experience supporting high-volume interview coordination, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview processes simultaneously across teams, locations, and time zones.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and agile, with the ability to respond effectively to last-minute changes.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse.
- Collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, able to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while independently managing responsibilities.
- Able to work hybrid (min. 2 days/week) in San Jose, CA.

Pay
$35.00 – $45.00 / hour (Non-Exempt)
Schedule
12-month Full-Time contract with the possibility of conversion to FTE
